I am a fully insured and licensed hardwood flooring installer. This includes all types of hardwood, laminate and any floating floor installation, baseboards, door and window trim as well as custom cabinetry and woodworking.
Flooring installation is hard work, but it is well worth it to see the shine and beauty of the final results. I am not a handyman, but I am specialized directly in flooring. I have worked for a few businesses in Hamilton and Toronto and still work with them from time to time, but working directly with the customer has always given me the best experience. My rates are competitive, and I get paid when the job is complete. I am not one of those people that jump from job to job, I focus on one job at a time. My starting rates: - $1 per square foot for laminate - $1.50 a square foot for hardwood - $1 a linear foot for baseboard, $1.50 if you want it caulked I will install any hardwood, laminate, or floating flooring materials that are supplied. I know a few places in the area that offer some of the best prices for materials and can deliver for a fee.
