Are you looking to make a serious change in your life? What are you currently doing for your fitness and health? I will develop an Individualized Fitness and Health Plan just for you!
I specialize in One-on-One Personal Training as well as Small Group Training. This way I can take the time to teach you the correct and safe way to move your body to avoid injury and reach goals quickly and efficiently! I am a Certified Personal Trainer through the Canadian Society of Exercise Physiologists and have been training with clients for over 6 years in Toronto. I have experience working with clients who have many different goals but share the same outcome, a Healthy and Fit Lifestyle! I want to be able to teach you my strategies and healthy habits so that you can easily include health in your life. This way taking care of our bodies and minds can become a priority without taking up all our time!! My training style is extremely functional, efficient and above all sweaty! I take a structural approach to training which includes assessing your strengths and weaknesses, eg. testing chest strength vs. back strength. Next we focus on fixing the weaknesses by turning on the untrained muscles and opening up potential tight areas to increase blood flow to the whole muscle. Depending on your goals, workout plans are Full Body and based on three days a week as we recover every 48hrs from a workout. Each workout will be challenging and each exercise will have purpose. I currently offer in-condo/in-home training as well I train out of a few facilities in the city.
