Thrifty Car Rental

We had booked two Mercedes from Thrifty for a weding. They called the groom the day before the wedding saying that we had to pick up our cars an hour later than scheduled. That call came as that location was closing so that we couldn't pick up the cars right then as an alternative to waiting. When we arrived to pick up the cars, our reservations did not display on a certain screen and our cars were not there. The person working there did not try and help us solve the issue, but instead just kept saying the computer didn't display our reservation. He was able to call his manager and ask for help, but when I grabbed the manager's card off of the front desk and left a message for him, he didn't call me back. At the end of the day, instead of two white Mercedes, we settled for two black Suzuki's, had to pay full price as no compensation was offered (no apology was offered either), and two groosmen missed a morning ceremony with the bride and groom's family. Will not be renting from them again!
