I had a wonderful time dealing with Shabnam. She was very knowledgeable about all the products and even kept the party going longer for me to account for my time schedule. She was a pro at helping navigate me through some technical issues as well. AND when I received my order and disliked the scent I had chosen (totally my fault, I went against her recommendation) she found a solution right away!! I'll definitely be shopping with Shabnam again!
