Welcome to Three Way Industries Inc! We are a locally owned and operated company based in Yorkton, SK started in October 2015 by three long time friends Taylor Schenher, Jordan Lutz and Deryk Whyatt.
Although we have been in operation since October 2015, Three Way Industries was truly started around a campfire by the three of us on a late Spring night in the 2015 seeding season. After a long day of anhydrous fertilizer deliveries, we sat discussing what the future had in store for us. This was at the beginning of an extreme downturn in the Oil and Gas industry, and while all three of us were still employed as Directional Drilling Consultants, the industry was looking grim and it was decided that it was time to make a change. The three of us have a combined thirty years of Oil and Gas experience, starting from a lowly roughneck on the drilling rigs and working our way up to Directional Drilling and MWD consultants. We have also had a lifetime of valuable experience working in various other industries such as the railway, construction, landscaping, agriculture and more. We have brought the same attitude of hard work, professionalism and innovation to each of our past careers and now we want to apply the various skill sets we have acquired to lead our company by example to a profitable future. We started this endeavour with not much more than a positive attitude and hard work. We strongly believe positive attitudes create positive results and that working together with our community can achieve amazing results.
