I am a Canadian Certified Counsellor who works with individuals, couples, and families to help them develop different ways of looking at life's issues in order to expand choices and work toward new solutions.
Guided by the belief that people are the experts of their own lives, and have skills and resources to draw on, I work with you to cultivate these and expand on them. Together we will build a safe and trusting relationship, essential for the work of counselling to occur. My specialties include anxiety and depression, marriage and family relationships, and spiritual concerns. I strongly believe that hope is essential in life. Hope for change and that life can look different from what it does today.
