Thanks so much Rhona. After my 87 year old diabetic father-in-law was discharged from 6 days in hospital, suffering from delirium originating from an infection in his swollen foot, and needing IV antibiotics, with an order to have proper foot care, I called Rhona, and set up an appointment for Dad, who had previously been very adamant that he needed no help! Rhona was so professional and thorough that she called me, before and after the appointment to exchange information, and ideas and explain what was happening. Dad was so pleased with Rhona’s care and understanding and told me that evening she was wonderful, and his feet never felt better! Even had a second appoint booked! We are so grateful for what you do and your caring approach helping a reluctant senior learn the importance of taking care of his feet!
