I recently went to John Bear to get my hybrid serviced. The technician was inexperienced and attempted to sell me on $1800 for repairs. I went to another mechanic to verify the first's claims. The second mechanic showed the real issue and warned me against getting the recommended work done, which was not needed and "the John Bear Mechanic should have known that". The vehicle has been perfect since without any repairs. I would 100% not recommend going here for service. Worst experience I've ever had with a dealership. Very inexperienced and untrustworthy mechanics and technicians.
