The owner / main instructor is old, not so nice, and the place is run down. As well, he always tries to sell you something or make you take your tests too early 'cause he is having financial trouble. The above being said, he is very good. No kidding around here. I am very experienced and I have achieved various belts in various styles, but it was clear immediately that he could teach me something. When the owner instructs a class, instead of having one of his higher level students teach it, it's awesome.
