I placed an order for a pair of black dress shoes with Sears on Wednesday March 2nd 2010. I found the entire process of shopping, placing my order and putting in all of my valid information very easy and conveinent. I also was very impressed with the vast amount of the styles of shoes available for me to purchase. The site is very user friendly! I found the entire online shopping experience on Sears to be a very pleasant one. After placing the order, I was sent an e-mail quite promptly comfirming that my order had been received and that I would receive another e-mail regarding the shipping of my order. Both were provided to me I a timely fashion. I was very surprised to I receive the entire order on Monday the 7th. The order was shipped to me very quickly. I need the shoes for an upcoming April wedding, so I had decided to place the order well in advance, to insure that the shoes would arrive in time for the wedding. They did, and I must say that I am impressed with the prompt and accurate delivery.
