Went in for a color and cut. The condition she used had menthol or peppermint in it and instead of pouring it into her hands first she just dumped it on my head which then started to burn like crazy! It was so painful!!! This is the next day and it still hurts. Once we got to the cash desk she told me she wouldn't charge me for the conditioner. Really, conditioner is an extra charge. Made me wonder what else she was going to charge extra for! Would NEVER go back!!
