Dealt with the friendly open eager married couple. Great at spotting missed items after a big reno. They were very friendly & fair & I appreciated how they took the time to look at other things not on the actual work order just to be sure & they noticed a huge problem so it was a good thing to ask- not ALL pros will even look these days; may say I'm not here for that but they were happy to check it out & if ignored would have damaged more than a pipe! Claude & Elaine worked as a team then & they made a great one & I would be happy to refer them & thats NOT true about the appliance guy or the air conditioning set-up crew(who we caught trying to FIX our old furnace when we had paid for a new one! NO LIE . So yeah plumbers have that legendary dubious reputation & if you find a good one, be glad. So many people want money for nothing or outright fraud. If my neice wasn't married to an ex-employee of Anc*r we would never have known about the furnace. 3000$ job Too! DH
