I don't know how this outfit is still in operation. I have tried to consider the extra stress one is under when relocating and must deal with a unfamiliar Realtor, however I have been through the ordeal twice before and obviously struck it lucky with the two professionals I had a few years back or very very unlucky with the clowns and three ring circus I was the unwilling party to when I needed to find and purchase a property on the West Coast of Vancouver Island. I won't go into detail I only say enough to pray that others are don't have to go through repeated mistakes, disorganization, and backstabbing that openly went on to the point of putting me at complete unease. The guy that claimed to run the show Carl Scot I believe seem to run around more confused by every passing moment, flip flopping from one answer then taking the totally opposite position without seemingly to realize it.
