I was very disappointed by my interaction with this "business" first off, their website has a number that says you can text, well several days after I texted the number stil no response, secondly while setting up a delivery date for their product i repeatedly asked for a valid contact number for their delivery person, and was never given one, I was told they would email an invoice, that did not happen, yet they had time to send me six different emails with pictures i already saw on their website and did not request, the delivery date changed three times, their delivery person drop off the product and then showed up later during our event to take it away, when the plan was for him to pick it up the next day, he decieded to take it because he did not like the way peope were interacting with it, essentially if you rent one of their products expect them to show up at your PRIVATE event and take it away before the end of your rental time rather then correct the problem. VERY disappointed.
