Hil-Tech Contracting Ltd. is a Canadian owned company that undertakes projects throughout Southern British Columbia. Our projects span commercial, institutional, industrial and residential areas of the construction industry. We specialize in general contracting, design build, project management and pre-construction assessment.
Hil-Tech Contracting can tailor make packages to break down construction costs on projects of any size. These packages can encompass every phase of the construction process. The various methods of construction that we can provide are: - Project management - Lump sum bid, - Design build, Design, build and maintain - E.P.C. (Engineer, Procure and Construct) - Greenfield to complete turnkey - Fast-tracked project (typically on a time & material basis) We are a member of the Southern Interior Construction Association (SICA), an organization that strives to promote growth and education in the construction industry.
