Soul Connexion is a professional dance studio located in Calgary offering classes for all ages, abilities and fitness levels. Our studio brings a new approach to wellness by combining dance, yoga and fitness under one roof.
We deliver high quality dance training in ballet, jazz, tap, hip-hop, modern, contemporary, musical theatre, lyrical, belly dance and more. Soul Connexion offers seasonal programs, daily drop-in classes and annual dance programs in both competitive and recreational divisions. Yoga classes include: prenatal yoga, beginner yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, Hatha Flow Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Vinyassa, Yin Yang, Yoga Sculpt and heated Yoga. Fitness classes include: Balletone, Bootcamp, Cardio & Core, Tighten & Tone, Zumba and Tabata Toning. Preschoolers can also join Mini Movers, a fine arts program designed for children 2 to 5 years old. This program is a nice introduction into fine arts as students learn dance, yoga, fitness, music, art and drama. When school’s out for the summer, Soul Connexion offers full-day and half-day summer camps for children ages 3 -15. Our camps feature a variety of dance, yoga and fitness programs encouraging an overall healthy lifestyle. All of our summer camps are designed to inspire self-confidence, imagination and creativity.
