I left in tears he wrecked my favorite boots I'd never take anything there again. Then he insulted me when I complained about his job it's so bad I cant believe he's been fixing shoes for 13 years and he is horrible at it . My boots r wrecked . Go to the shoe repair in londondary mall they are awesome this guy should not be in shoe repair. He will destroy your shoes. 1 star is to high of review I wish I could give -☆cuz it's the worst I've ever seen . I left in tears this store should be shut down .
