Terrible experience with Dr. Song. For my first many visits she had a man in there with her for my appointments and not once did she tell me who he was or why he was there. Twice, after having an abnormal test result, she didn't call (no one called) to tell me. I needed to be referred to a specialist to make sure I didn't have CANCER and no one called me. TWICE.(I called both times on an unrealated issue and causally asked about my results...) Most recently she kept calling my son a girl when it was his appointment and she had his chart in front of her. No longer my doctor.
