DO NOT use this business. I had a terrible experience in the 5 months I dealt with them. My hair is severely damage (lost about 50% of my hair in the areas where the extensions were attached), and they were not up front about the potential for damage when I first asked them about it. The employees turn over every few weeks, and they do not seem to be properly trained. They definitely do not have experience cutting hair--do NOT let them anywhere near you with scissors. Customer service is terrible: they're disorganized and give out poor/false information. When I complained at having been charged $50 for a really bad cut (crooked, bits of hair still hanging down) that took all of 90 seconds, the owner flat out refused to give me a refund. Not making it right for dissatisfied customers is a sure-fire strategy to damage your business. DO NOT go to Doll Bar. It's expensive and the services are of poor quality.
