Ignorant. Was in search for a venue for our 10 year high school reunion and they denied our request because we were (Quote-) "30-ish year olds". (- Unquote). This type of discrimination would have made sense if we were in our early 20's (which is routinely the case for renting vehicles or apartments), but 30(ish)?! Umm... I'm not sure what planet these people live on, but 30-40 is the median age for supply and demand. When I contacted the owner to complain about it he was very rude and unemphatic about it. This is the type of customer service I probably would have excepted to receive if I had booked with them. I'm so glad that I didn't. I ended up finding a better venue that could accommodate more people for a (much) better price.
