I do not recommend buying this developer. They false advertise and their finishings are poorly constructed. They have been a nightmare to work with for fixing building deficiencies and do not take ownership of the mistakes they have made. Being someone who spent hundreds of thousands on this home, I am extremely disappointed. Beware of these crooks.
