I called someone came .they were here 3hours..and made a large mess soot everywhere. .they never got the clog out.charged 600&still no heat..so I called that other companies. Until v&W I THINK. ANYTHING THEY WERE here only a hour.they cleared my chimney even tare my flashing..so be careful not to be stung also...
