Absolute Auto Detailing

I had purchased 2 of their cleaning deals on Groupon, and was excited to try them out - as I always just clean my car myself, so thought this would be nice. When I purchased them I had planned to use the one in June and the other in August, before the expiry date. However, when I first called to book an appointment (shortly after receiving the deal), the waiting list was already until mid-July. I asked them then if they would refund the one, and they said I'd have to use them but they could allow for a bit of an extension - as they didn't foresee that so many people would be interested in the deal. So I booked one for July 26 and told him I'd discuss a refund or another booking at that time (unless I thought of another use for the other one before July - since it was so far away).
