I purchased a brand new GE fridge from Sears. It does not work. Sears & GE use this service to repair their products. This is the second time I have attempted to use their service. Both times they do not respond. I called Sept. 6 stating my fridge does not work. 4 days later a technician hasn't called to book an appointment. I am currently 4 days in this heat without a fridge and will now go the weekend without a fridge. This is not a minor appliance a family can go without (such as toaster) but a main appliance and the service is not even present.
