NATIONAL CAPPUCCINO

On my first visit a few years ago with a friend to National Cappuccino in Calgary we were given a fabulous learning tour of the store's showroom ... I bought a 'Rancilio Miss Sylvia' (residential) machine for my wife. I have never regretted that move and it has become a pleasurable daily addition to our lifestyle at home. No more Tim Horton's drip coffee! I returned later to the store to acquire a few accessories - tamper, steam pitcher, etc. and found the staff courteous and very helpful. Years later I returned wanting to replace a 'chrome group cover', as always found the customer service to be worthy a 'five-star' rating. The store was able to acquire the part quickly and its owner even took the time to help me install the part at no charge. I checked later the cost of the part through Amazon which was about 50% more. I cannot emphasize my gratitude for this store and its staff!
