On April 2018, bought a Windster range hood WS-28TB30. After 2 weeks, oil/grease started dripping down from the range hood while in use. Tech support said that it's normal that the range hood is not designed to vacuum the oil, it’s just designed to vacuum the smoke and closed the issue without inspecting our range hood. Having no success with him, I contacted the mother company Windster Hood USA. They investigated the issue and after 2 weeks replied that they sent a technician to inspect our range hood and concluded that it was working fine, it needed cleaning service. What a shock ! Noone came to our house ! And even if they came, after using the range hood a few weeks it already needs cleaning service ?!? They dare lying and give a non-sense solution of cleaning service. I need to clean it every 2 days now. Never in my life, I had such a useless range hood, it's so frustrating! AVOID THIS BRAND, bad quality, worst customer service ever !!!!!!!!
