The guy was grumpy and I felt unwelcome. He recommended a certain bar bell for my belly button piercing claiming the others wouldn't fit and he was an expert. I bought it off his recommendation only to find it didn't fit and was doing exactly what he claimed the others would do. The jewelry was expensive and now they wont do a refund and there was no effort to try to resolve the issue. Yikes... I guess off to Ardene I go which is more than disappointing.
