CARLETON PARKING DOES NOT TAKE INTO ACCOUNT THE MESSAGES LEFT FOR PARKING. I REGISTERED A FRIEND TO PARK AT MARINA BAY DISABLED PARKING BECAUSE SHE IS DISABLED FOR 3 NIGHTS AND SHE GOT A TICKET THE THIRD NIGHT. NOBODY IN CARLETON PARKING ANSWERS THE PHONE AND THERE IS NO WAY TO COMMUNICATE WITH THEM.
