PHELPS APARTMENT LAUNDRIES LTD

I have had a broken dryer in my apartment building 11720a 127st for six weeks now. I've called every week to try and get an update on when it will be fixed. Everytime I speak to someone I get told, "a technician is being sent out" "we have parts on order for this machine" and most recently "a technician has been to this location and the dryer is fixed." After being told it was fixed I put my money in to dry my clothes and discovered it hadn't been fixed at all. This company is the worst laundry providing service I have ever seen, they will say anything to get you off the phone without actually fulfilling their promise. I've wasted $10 on this machine week after week for a dryer that leaves your clothes as wet as they first came in. I feel sorry for anyone who has to rely on this company to provide them with laundry facilities.
