Oasis Landscaping owner Thomas Rochow was to construct a 10 x 18 concrete pad in my backyard.The first pad he poured was over a foot short in length and inconsistent.Concrete was left in my neighbors front and backyard.Rochow advised it was a poor job but there was nothing he could do.Rochow suggested we should just “chalk it up to a bad pour” and both walk away.Insisting that he keep the initial $1500 deposit.Eventually Rochow agreed to return and re-pour.Multiple promised pour dates were set by Rochow however they never came nor called.Eventually Rochow advised the new pad was done. I returned home and found the pad inconsistent and appeared wavelike.Again Rochow advised there was nothing that he could do.Approximately 2 months later I noticed that the new pad has cracked in half.I contacted Rochow to ask if he actually stood by his work like his website suggest.As of November 28 Rochow has not returned my calls.Rochow did not provide a contract or receipt. Do not use this company.
