Regal Nails Salon & Spa

This salon is SO unprofessional, I have never had nails done before, so I decided to drop in while I was at the Walmart. The service was extremely unprofessional to say the least! My nails were so thick and I told the guy/girls (I had 3 different people work on my nails), that I wanted them more rounded and less thick and with color tip. Apparently they do not speak or understand English, as my nails were opposite of what I had asked. When I asked him to round them more, it was like I was asking him to pull out his nails! he said that if i wanted colored tips I would have to pay for another set. A week later my nails started turning yellow, I went it to ask them to take of this set and redo them, again I was told that I would have to pay for another set! I phoned customer service on their website and laced a complaint, the lady there was amazing, but when the canada rep. contacted the salon they told him that I was tanning and that is why my nails turned yellow.
