The Right Spot & Grill

I will never go here again. Had a bad experience the first time and decided to give them a second chance. All I wanted was a pizza, so I called ahead to order it for pick up. Hawaiwan with mushrooms and pepperoni. They said they had to find it on the menu, and then told me they couldn't make it. She tried selling me a deluxe (i said no) and then something they called a meditaranian (i said no) and I asked if the pizzas were frozen or something, why they couldn't make what I wanted. She said they were not frozen (perhaps a lie) and that she refused to deviate from the menu. I gave up on the pepperoni and asked if they could just add mushrooms to the hawaiwan, and again she refused and tried to sell me a deluxe. I asked again why they couldn't just add mushrooms to my pizza and she said they "stick to the menu." Well, I just about told her where she could stick her menu. I have no idea how they can stay in business when they run things this way but I will never give them another chance,
