Instead, what they informed me was that not only had they found the issue, but they had called Lordco to keep their doors open late, and sent a mechanic over to pick up the required part. At 6:30 pm, an hour and a half after the doors of M&T was supposed to be closed, I received the phone call that my car was fixed and ready to hit the road. We made it to the wedding with plenty of time to spare the following day, with no further vehicle issues. Now, I don't live in Kelowna, but that is an experience that makes a long-term customer. Hopefully this review allows enough potential customers to choose this as their local shop, to give them the business they deserve in my stead.
