Untrustworthy business. The miscommunication between their employees causes them to deceive their customers. Their mistake cost my item BEING SOLD ON ME. Customers trust the agreement between the customer and business. And when we hold up our end of the bargain, we expect the same in return. Common sense. Cannot believe how inconsiderate this establishment is, did not even get an apology for their mistake.
