We bought a new home and they installed the two fireplaces for the builder. They were terrible quality and needed fixing so for over six months I mad over thirteen different appointments that they only showed up for two. They never phoned to cancel or make a new one, they were never apologetic. They would tell me they'd call right back after checking the schedule but would never call back. Afterthesaleser ice is non existent, I would NEVER recommend them to anyone!
