Trendy Tailors & Dry Cleaning

I have brought in four metallic dark grey curtains to them to short 7.5 cm. After the alteration was made and I have paid $63, I came to see that none of the curtains were equal from one end to another: the difference was as much as 2 cm and none of the curtains were the same length. I went back and asked the owner to fix the issue: I need all four curtains to be even in length. She said that the curtains were not the same in length to start with (from the manufacturer) and she will charge me an extra $30 to fix it! When I went to pick them up (third trip to the store), the curtains were ironed on the sides and you could clearly see the discoloration, from metallic dark grey to purple! The lady had the guts to tell me that this is how I have brought in the curtains and she denied using the iron. Nil is to say I did not pay another $30 and she still has my curtains. Her business costed me over $300. The owner was rude with no urge to reason with me. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY WITH TRENDY TAILORS!
