I Pro Nails Salon

Second time I went to I Pro nails Surrey .I went in for a routine fill. Been over 3 weeks since I last went. 3 nails needed replacing they fell off, which they said would be fine. It was not fine, told them to keep my shape but to shorten them a bit as they were getting a bit long. no problem she said, as she was filling with the acrylic powder noticed that areas on the nail were not done not filled, were thin. pointed out, no problem she said ; will take care of it. They didn't, nails are different shape ,square and oval, thin at the ends no acrylic covering nails. The worst part though is that she didn’t even care what my concerns were, they talk in their language god knows what they are saying. When I asked if they would blend or file the old growth better since I could still see the discoloration from the old polish there was no extra attempt to make it better. So I was left with having to pay for nails that I could have filled myself at home and probably done a better job without a “professional certific
