Horrible experience. While we all know realtors are compensated via sales commissions, the tactics used to earn those commissions are supposedly regulated and governed by an industry code of ethics. Sadly, this owner/company does not seem to subscribe to this philosophy. [Please note certain specifics have been omitted (i.e., names, dates, etc.) pending outcomes of several complaints.] Keller Williams and the seller were playing two sets of potential buyers, unbeknownst to either side, against one another with KW's full knowledge each side was spending significant sums of money in design fees. An individual or company that places their own financial enrichment as their sole driver, while knowingly acting in a manner that will financially harm others in order to achieve that end, must be held to account for such an egregious abuse of trust. Professionals? Not likely.
