Terrible service. Won't take new moulds every year even though my children had grown and body shapes changed. Feet should have new moulds every year. Doctus told us to pick 3 styles of shoes we were interested in and conveniately for them the cheapest shoe last on our list was available. The orthotic was never made into the shoe ever.
