Peak Installations is a horrible company hired by Home Depot. My front entry door has bee replaced 3 times in one year! Now they want to replace it for the fourth time! Buyer beware if you are considering a major purchase that requires installation DO NOT go to Home Depot! I am so frustrated and disappointed with the crap that both companies have given me! There is not enough space for me to write my complaint here. I will never recommend anyone to deal with either company. Horrible customer service, shame on you Home Depot for not following up on unhappy customers. I am currently in talks with Home Depot Customer Care Line I am demanding a full refund. After 3 failed attempts of installing this entry door I am done and completely fed up with Home Depot and Peak Instsllations! Buyer beware!!!!
