AVOID THIS PLACE. My short conversation with Alain Desmarais was somehow very memorable. Not only was he racist ("I don't understand you, maybe it's the service or your accent"), he gave no respect to the client and spoke as if he was so high above. Even hangs up on his clients! Amazing!
