Bestway Rent To Own

Scam artist, takes first payment for a purchase that if bought outright is $1500.00 Sees my banking and pushes for me to buy it outright. I wished to pay over time. So we make a deal, 140/m for 24 months (doubling the price because of the pay over time - no problem!) Next day he calls saying, " sorry your going to have to put $1000 down) Okay so your saying, I give you UPFRONT 1,150.00 for a 1500 purchase That i will pay overtime in the end 3300 ---- because of "pay over time" yet you have been paid almost in full upfront! So i ask for my deposit back - and he says come get a check LESS amounts... Ummm no - i paid via debit, so you legally must return via debit (on recording) HE REFUSED. BMO Bank called the police, hes being charged with Fraud, and also we were notified of his C level BBB rating BEFORE MAKING A MISTAKE GETTING ANYTHING FROM HERE> read this. and just... dont.
