terrible service you guys need to listen to the customer and what the customer wants this was my third time there the first time was awesome and second and third where terrible i asked twice for my hair to be thinned out because it is so thick and no layers i have layers in the back and its still thick she never touched my hair to thin it out. she said she was a manager of another store if the manager cant listen to you how are the staff going to. will never go there again i should of never paid for what she did to my hair i left that place and went to another salon to get my hair fixed so a 25.00 dollar hair cut ended up costing 55. so disappointed
