Good selection of apartments to rent and fairly quick responses to any questions you may have while renting. They aren't very good at communicating within the company it seems, as the agent who showed us our apartment told us things that were then overruled by the owner of the company, Tom. They are slow to get things repaired, and refuse to repair anything if the owner of the apartment doesn't want to pay for it. Tom can be quite rude in emails after you've signed your lease. Agents don't know apartments properly enough to give enough information to potential tenants. We found a lot of broken things after we moved in. I was actually quite glad to not have to deal with them after my lease was over. Sometimes it's easier to deal with a landlord directly and not a middle man.
