I'll NEVER use them again! The carpets took FOUR DAYS to dry. Worst if all, they left a sticky residue in the carpets, so I will have to call another company in to clean them again. BEWARE: this company goes by a few different names. SCAM ALERT! They hang up the phone when you call to complain.
