sometimes poor service, often cancelling customers, and making it differcult for truckers to scedual themselves. someone seriously needs to do a better job here of calculating space and following through with what they tell their customers. which means if you tell a customer your taking something do as you say and not making things differcult for your customer to get things moved when you tell him that your taking something then turn around and not follow through with what you tell him. again this is not fair to customer and trucker and im forever putting up with this crap with this company
