Sunshine Medical Clinic

I used to be a patient at this clinic. I left about 2 years ago. The clinic was extremely disorganized. Every single appointment I made was cancelled and rescheduled at least once, sometimes up to 3 times. Paperwork often went missing. They still haven't sent my paperwork to my new clinic. The reception staff were rude. The clinic is not very clean. The last straw for me was when my doctor asked a young unqualified receptionist (without consulting me) to assist him during my pap smear. She removed the speculum from the plastic packaging and then placed the device directly on the counter. I kindly asked that they use a new one. The doctor refused, was rude to me, and said I was being difficult. It's only when I told him I was refusing the procedure and was getting up to leave that the doctor finally agreed to use a new one. There were a few other bizarre incidents that happened while I went there but this review has a max word count.
