Description

The T-Dot Tumblers gymnastics program was founded in 2005 as a women's competitive program and ran during that time out of Mary McCormick Recreation Center. Given the growing success of our competitive program, as well as the never ending waitlists in the recreational programs under our guidance, the time came to expand. In September 2009 we re-located to a near 8,000 square foot facility at 128 Sterling Road (Lansdowne and Dundas) in Toronto.

While we did really enjoy the caregiver tot program, T-Dot Tumblers customer service is terrible. My 3 year old broke his leg and the company would not reimburse me or credit my account towards a future session. They told me to bring him to class with his cast but my son was too scared to do anything really while in his cast (4 weeks). His cast is now off and we have been told by the doctor that he's not allowed to do gymnastics for 4 more weeks. I tried again to contact them to ask for a reimbursement and credit. They told me no. They said they accommodate injuries. While this is may be their policy, they did not take into account that 3 year olds may be too scared to do activity after an injury. The other private and city run programs were all willing to credit or reimburse me because of the injury. I'd seriously consider finding another gymnastic program with better customer service.
