This is not a professional company and I was fooled, so I recommend you avoid them and go elsewhere. Marcel was quick to win my business by being down to earth with good prices, but customer service was downhill from there. The moment he was paid, he dodged all calls, SMS, and emails (no company email, just his wife's). He claimed a 10 year warranty verbally but gave nothing in writing and dodged being asked for it once I realized the ruse. More insights:- His crew left a royal mess with over 100 metal shards and debris on the property even when asked to clean up It took me 1.5h to comb the property. - His team left numerous tools behind and didn't take certain waste with them (he had to be asked before being paid to do so). - An aluminum piece fell from the roof one day. He wouldn't even acknowledge or come look to see what it was. - A dented-at-install downspout was leaking, wouldn't come fix it. I had to duct tape it. - Actual work was average in quality, but I have no confidence he'll honour warranty.
