The worst service I have ever had. They gave me the run around for a month. I tried to retrieve my luggage 3 times but was told it was still at the main 'plant' being 'cleaned'. I can only assume it had been lost as I was told "oh, yeah, it's still being cleaned" as the only vague answer. and finally when it was found I said I was not paying, they lied; trying to say they had to clean bed bugs out and therefore HAD to charge me?!?! I was furious-no explanation, just persistent stain on the exterior, but I called drycleaners and consulted with an exterminator & this was a false claim to try to get their money. AND there were still stains, so the spot-cleaning, or whatever they were doing didn't even work!! everything is brought off site-to where, exactly??Probably some dirty warehouse, where everything is piled together-if my luggage happened to get bugs, which would have been IMPOSSIBLE because of how it was stored-it was from there! Green Earth Cleaner & Tailor in Beaumont is a sham and a joke.
